I have 25+ years experience in the UK, European and Asian recruitment markets.
After working alongside hiring managers and HR for global organisations (including Microsoft, Ernst & Young and Honeywell), I have developed a strong understanding of what these (and similar) organisations expect from their candidates at the early-careers stage, as well as, at a more established/experienced level. I have successfully guided hundreds of professionals across industries to land their dream job.
Now, I strive to leverage my expertise to highlight candidate’s unique skills and to help them fullfill their potential. I assist them by crafting effective resumes that capture hiring managers attention, and prepare them for phone-screenings and interviews, in this competitive market.
I also offer support and guidance for a successful job search, assisting in navigating the job market and better understanding companies work culture etc.
